IT Support helpdesk has been setup to provide efficient, transparent and timely support to all users. It assists you to resolve your technical problems such as installing and using computer systems, applications, software, resetting password and many others.


To use the IT Support Helpdesk, click on the "New Support ticket" option available on home page as depicted in following picture.



Once you click on "New Support Ticket" ,  it display another screen (displayed below) asking you information about ticket. All the information is mandatory to submit the ticket. You can also attach file as an attachment to ticket upto 15MB in size. After filling the information, click on Submit button. Once you submit the ticket, you will receive an email with ticket link for tracking. As and when you or IT Support updates the ticket, you will be notified the same via email.


You can again visit the Helpdesk to view the status of all of your tickets.
